The Menzies Research Centre commissioned distinguished Northern Territory Public Servant Bob Beadman to produce a new monograph: Do Indigenous Youth Have a Dream. The paper provides a warts and all look at remote communities in the Northern Territory, and some ideas on correcting a deteriorating situation, so that kids might have a future.
